Cancellation Policy

1. The order cancellation policy for each product shall be displayed on the product page as the same would be dependent on the type of product and its shelf life.
2. In any case, the Buyer would not be allowed to cancel the order for the product placed on the E-Commerce Platform once the product has been processed for delivery and dispatch.
3. If the Seller cancels the order, then the Seller shall provide a full refund, including the payment gateway charges, to the Buyer. The timeline for the refund would be based on the terms & conditions of the payment gateway service provider.
