Click Sign Up on the home page. Enter your mobile number, OTP, and basic details. For sellers, additional documentation is required. Your account is created instantly after verification.
Yes, Mahaagromart is available on both Android (Play Store) and iOS (App Store). Users can browse products, track orders, and manage accounts easily through the mobile app.
Mahaagromart uses JWT authentication, SSL encryption, firewalls, and multi-layer security protocols. Your information, transactions, and login data are completely protected.

Yes, each product page includes: Dosage instructions, Method of application, Crop suitability, Safety precautions. This information is provided by the manufacturer and reviewed by the Mahaagromart team.
Yes. If multiple sellers offer the same product, the system shows a price comparison so buyers can choose the best option.

Yes, you can modify or cancel until the product is picked up by the courier. After dispatch, cancellation is not allowed for agrochemical safety reasons.
Refunds are issued if: Wrong item received, Damaged or expired product, Product not delivered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
